Alerts

Alerts can be setup to Alert you when you fall below or above a set min max range. There are six type of alerts:

  • Any

Use this to apply a specific alert to your entire activity.

  • Warm Up

Use this to apply a specific alert to any of the Warm Up phases in your active Intervals.

  • Active

Use this to apply a specific alert to any of the Active phases in your active Intervals.

  • Rest

Use this to apply a specific alert to any of the Rest phases in your active Intervals.

  • Recovery

Use this to apply a specific alert to any of the Recovery phases in your active Intervals.

  • Cool Down

Use this to apply a specific alert to any of the Cool Down phases in your active Intervals.

Alerts can also be configured based on the overall type of interval. Once set, the corresponding alert will be activated each time that interval type is active during a workout.

For workout-wide alerts, enable the "Any" option. This will activate alerts throughout the entire workout, regardless of the interval configuration.

If setting an alert for a specific interval, first ensure that alerts are enabled for the chosen interval and configure the alert on the interval. More details can be found under Interval Alerts.

To set the alert type, tap the item heading icon to choose between:

Heart Rate, Power, Speed, or Pace

Once selected, set the Min and Max value of the Alert range you wish to remain in. If you prefer to choose a zone (1-5) to stay in, tap the icon to selection your preferred zone, or set a custom range. The min and max for the Alert will be selected from the currently active Zones for the workout if not using a custom range.

Info

Alerts set on individual laps within your workouts active intervals will take precedence over any alerts set in alerts for the same lap type.

Alerts can be modified directly within a workout, or you can create shared alerts in the library and link them to any workouts. This offers the added benefit of centralized editing and management for Alerts that are used across multiple workouts.

If you have previously setup alerts in the Library you can link them to your workout by tapping on the icon. This will show a list of available library alerts for selection.
