Workouts
Workouts act as customizable templates for your activities. Each workout encompasses a configurable set of options tailored to support the effective execution of an activity. Essentially, Workouts are activity templates that simplify your preparation process by allowing you to save and reuse specific configurations. This functionality is particularly beneficial for users who participate in various types of activities, each requiring unique settings
Features
- Customizable Settings: Adjust and save settings such as screen layouts, intervals, splits, alerts and location preferences.
- Reusability: Once a workout is set up, it can be reused for similar activities in the future, reducing the need to reconfigure settings.
- Easy Management: Create, modify, and delete Workouts as needed, directly from the app’s interface.
Creating
To create a new workout, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Workouts section in the app.
- Tap on Create .
- Select the exiting workout you would like to base your new workout on.
- Name the new workout.
- Configure for future use.
Manage
Workouts can be managed using the icon Secondary Action

Edit the workout name

Duplicate/Copy the workout

Create a new Planned Workout based from the selected workout

Remove/Delete the workout (no prompt)

To reorder workouts, they can be dragged and dropped in the list.
